What is Electroanalgesia (EA) and how does it help with pain?
EA is a gentle treatment that uses safe, controlled, high-pulse electrical stimulation to calm overactive nerves and reduce pain. By encouraging the nervous system to 'reset' and release natural feel-good chemicals, it helps combat fatigue, improve muscle weakness, and promote deep relaxation.
EA helps your body in several ways:
It calms overactive nerves via sustained depolarization.
It boosts your body’s natural pain relievers.
It increases local blood flow.
It can help muscles move better.
Can I just do one treatment at a time?
Because every treatment plan is personalized, I offer several package options with different lengths and levels of support. Before treatment begins, there is important background work involved, including reviewing your health history, developing your individualized treatment plan, and obtaining the appropriate physician’s order when required.
For this reason, treatment is offered as a package rather than individual, one-time visits. The minimum commitment is 8 visits, which may be completed over a period of up 2 months. Longer and more intensive treatment options are available based on your needs, goals, and recommended plan of care.

What is Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT?)
PRT is a psychological treatment for neuroplastic pain that helps the brain reinterpret body signals, reducing or eliminating chronic/neuroplastic pain.

Hi, I’m Kimberly Nelson, RN.
Nervana was created from both professional expertise and personal experience. After more than 20 years caring for patients in emergency and trauma settings—and navigating my own experience with chronic pain, personal, and professional burnout—I saw the need for an approach that addresses both the nerves and the way the brain processes pain.
